We had a great experience with getting new carpet from XL Flooring for all our bedrooms and stairs. Their manager Cindy York was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. The installers were very careful with my furniture, worked very efficiently, and did a good job. I had a a closet door that dragged a little over the thicker carpet and they had someone here to fix it within 24 hours for free.
Wonderful experience ordering flooring. I needed to replace the flooring installed my home and wanted a specific Brazilian hardwood. I spoke to Gryphon on the phone and he was so professional, and friendly. He did some research and provided different options via email. He communicated well and remembered small details from the initial conversation. I visited the store to check what they had in stock. Gryphon should me what was in stock. When what I needed was not in the store, he ordered samples of what he believed would match and he was spot on! I found the flooring I needed and he made the selection and buying process so easy. Highly reccomend this store and working with Gryphon!!
Cameron was phenomenal! For years my husband and I could not decide on the perfect backsplash for our kitchen and Cameron came to our rescue! She helped us find something we both liked and made the process flow seamlessly. She was the first person who both listened and had suggestions based on our goals and I can’t thank her enough!
