IGenie was great! Been having issues with gunk in my charging port until eventually it just stopped charging and IGenie fixed it all up. All for free.

In one word, fantastic! I have a Oneplus 12 that I managed to crack the screen. I almost just bought a new phone, have heard horror stories of repair shops messing up screen replacements. However, I saw the massive number of positive reviews for IGenie and decided it was worth a try. Was advised that my particular phone is difficult to match the factory fit after a screen replacement but decided it was still worth it to try. I think they were taking an under promise over deliver approach because after getting the repaired phone back it looks PERFECT. They did an absolute perfect job putting the new screen on. The only thing that makes me sad is the cost, BUT, that is not a real complaint. If you have ever tried changing a phone screen it is VERY difficult and takes great skill and precision. Skill and precision I do not have. So I can't say I am happy to have to pay so much to replace a busted screen, but I can say I am thrilled that IGenie is there to do an absolute masterful job at it, saving me the cost of having to buy a new phone. I highly recommend them!

Had a small repair need on my daughter’s iPad; a charging cable tip had broken off in the device. Genie owner immediately knew the problem and fix. 2 minutes later, I had a fixed device and some good recommendations for brands of quality cables. Knowledgable and courteous. Thank you!
