Replaced couple of watch batteries for me quick while I waited. Price was more than fair and the guy had a genuine smile that you can’t find most places that service anything. Very impressed.

I took my watch to Mr. Lam to ask if he could replace the clasp. No one within 100 miles of my home does this work, so I had ordered a clasp and tried to do the repair myself. On a trip to KC, I looked up Mr. Lam, and was so glad to have him do the job correctly during my visit. I said when I was returning home, and Mr. Lam got the work done early so my brother wouldn’t have to pick up my watch and ship it to me. Five stars plus!
Rolling Home
Lam is the man. I was shocked to see he’s still in business. I stopped wearing watches years ago but a couple of years ago my watch obsession returned. I resurrected a solar dive watch that would run anymore. Looking for a place I found that Lam was still around. Great, I thought. So I dropped by and there he was still at it. It might have been 30 years since I was last in. He had to order something for my watch but he got the part and it’s running like a champ. Have been back several times with other watches and always great, affordable service.

I decided to abandon "Smart Watches" and resurrect my dad's 1954 Omega watch. After a frustrating experience with a previous shop that spanned over three months, I was recommended toLams Watch Repair from a friend . Mr. Lam offered a thorough assessment of the necessary repairs during our first meeting and completed the work within two (ish) weeks. He also addressed the previous shop's inadequate work. It’s been a minute since Ive had to wind a watch every morning but, thus far, it has maintained perfect time. Mr. Lam's expertise as a watchmaker is truly impressive.
