Took some fireplace doors in to have the glass replaced a few weeks ago. Got the doors back today. They look great and the service was awesome.

What a pleasant purchase experience. Johnathan answered all the questions we asked, Carrie helped us with financing, the installer (whose name I did not capture unfortunately) was competent, thorough, pleasant and thoroughly cleaned up behind himself. Easy peasy and we are looking forward to using our new ventless fireplace.

We just had a gas insert installed in fireplace in our 100 year old house and Jon and Matt did a fabulous job. This was so much easier than I thought it could be and now we have a fire that can be controlled remotely. I highly recommend this company!
