Went in to get my ring inspected and cleaned. Brandee and Mary were working, super nice and friendly. Chatted with me about my plans for the day and told them I was getting married in June after they said I was due in April for an inspection again. They said I can get my ring cleaned anytime no matter what anyways and they’d be happy to clean it again before I get married. Very great customer service and I’m happy with my experience!

Brandee was very helpful. I brought in my engagement ring and wedding band to get resized and soldered together for or upcoming wedding. We've worked with Bailey and Mary also throughout our transactions and everyone is so helpful and always smiling. I highly recommend seeing these ladies for your next purchase.

I got a ring as a gift when I was younger from a grandparent and it came with a lifetime care plan. I hadn’t activated until just recently and the staff were very understanding and supportive. They got me all set up for reminders and they even helped me get it in to be resized. They took great care of it while it was being resized. And took time to talk to me and make sure I was satisfied.
