I can’t see how this location does not have a lower rating.. their customer service is horrible.. my fiance got my engagement ring here and first few visits were pretty nice, because they remembered us. After a few months we would come to get cleanings and inspections to keep our warranty, they didn’t even acknowledge us. We would walk in and wait, and they would proceed to help people after us who look like they got more money. If you need to go to San tan. Better location and better customer service.

Before even going into the store , I called and spoke with Charlie about looking for a few diamonds to upgrade the diamond on my wedding band. On top of myself being so indecisive (and maybe a little difficult) discussing size, quality, color, and staying within our preferred price range, was no easy task..I eventually picked out a beautiful diamond, but shortly afterward I wasn’t convinced I made the right choice. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Sha , who with no hesitation told me to bring the ring back in. It was clear their top priority was making sure I truly “love my diamond”. Due to a trip I was going on, I was not able to bring it back in right away. She went above and beyond to extend the 30 day exchange/return period. Not long after I found another stunning replacement diamond and had it mounted , I felt the mounting wasn’t quite right (no fault of Charlie or Sha) and once again, Sha welcomed me back without hesitation and made it right. The patience, grace, and dedication shown by Charlie and Sha was absolutely exceptional. This level of customer service is rare , and my husband and I couldn’t be more grateful. Charlie and Sha are truly amazing - Just like my new diamond ring!!! 😊

Since the first time I visited this place over 17 years ago, they have always taken good care of me, When I started dating my now wife, when I got engaged, married, Birthday's and anniversaries, they helped us find something to help celebrate each event. We go back often and usually get something nice. The staff takes great care of us and they patiently guide us through the different options they have. I would recommend Helzberg to anyone whether they are staring out in a relationship, looking for something for self or for a special occasion.
