I had two watch batteries replaced, one did not fix the watch. I was not charged for this service because it did not solve the issue. They did refer me to a place where I could get the watch repaired. I also dropped off a ring for sizing, they spent a good amount of time making sure the ring would fit. They said 2 weeks for the turn around and it was completed on time. The ring fit great and looked way better than it did when I took it in. Great service, great place and very reasonable priced !
