The are a great group. I've been going to them for a few years and they are always nice and helpful. Recently, I brought in a watch that was losing time and it ended up being an easy fix. They didn't even charge me and said that they hoped to see me again. They've certainly earned my repeated business. Thank you!
Awesome place to go for any watch that needs repairs. I go here all the time when one of my watches need it. Very friendly and reasonable mom and pop store. Go, you won't be sorry.
I had a loose link on my Swatch watch and took it to another place first, but they couldn’t fix it. I then went to KC Watch and they helped me right away. The service was super quick, very affordable, and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend KC Watch for anyone needing watch repairs!
KC watch is the best store in Kansas City 100%. I have came here about 25+ times with a variety of watch problems. Never once have they not been able to fix it. Great customer service and everyone and a while I don’t even get charged for sizing and battery changes. Best store definitely recommend for any watch!
This has been awhile back but I forgot to post a review. I inherited a watch from my grandfather that was around 70 years old. It ran fine but looked terrible. The face was completely discolored. They replaced the face and made the watch look amazing for a very reasonably price. The only problem was when I got it home it stopped working. I took it back and without hesitation was promised they would take care of it. They completely rebuilt the watch. That's been 2 -3 years ago and it is working perfectly. This is the kind of place you can trust to stand behind their work and always treat you professionally.
