We discovered that our master bathroom shower was leaking in the corners, which had been grouted (vice siliconed) when it was installed and had cracked over time. Lance and Zander came in and removed grout from all the corners and resealed with silicone. He also resealed where the walls met the floor pan, and around the shampoo nook, control handle escutcheons, and door threshold. The silicone color was a perfect match and the beads were tight and very professionally applied. Not only is the shower now watertight, but it looks better than new. Lance also provided great advice on tile and grout care going forward. A real professional. Highly recommended!
