From the moment your staff stepped foot in our hour, Roy, Rick and Cory, they were all very professional and explained to us all our options based on our situation. Also, the staff at the office including Paul Reiland were also very helpful. I will and have already highly recommended Metro to my friends and family for there heating/A.C and plumbing needs. First time needing help with our furnace. Needed to get a diagnostic for the issue and ultimately a furnace igniter replaced. Contacted Metro and they were out within a few hours. David was super great and patient with all my novice questions. He took the time to walk me through the issue and didn’t make me feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. I definitely work with David again. The overall cost for the work seemed a little high, but the professionalism, honest work, and timely response was worth it!

David O arrived on time, gave clear explanation of what work would be done and how he would go about it, provided additional clarity as some parts differed from the original plan, and tested the parts once installed. Great work! Very satisfied.

Ed and Metro Plumbing were FANTASTIC! We were able to get everything ordered/scheduled by email and Ed arrived right on schedule. We had 3 toilets replaced and the work was done quickly, professionally, cleanly, and without any issues. The price we were quoted is exactly what we paid and we got pictures of the work along with the final invoice at the time we paid. I would not hesitate to hire Metro and Ed again.
