Furnace went out at North Loop condo, 100 yr old building. Got 3 quotes. Binder presented lowest cost, and highest efficiency. And most professional on-site tech for sale. Alsowas only one mentioning the rebate ($1000), and they took care of all the paperwork. Install was professional, and cleaned up great. Don't review many outfits. Binder i couldn't wait to. DEFINITELY check them out!
They are quick to respond and came quickly when my furnace quit on me! Prices seem fair and Kyle gave me honest opinions and options! Huge thank you! Will call again but I think I'll be good for a long time now!!!
Binder was great to work with. Our heat went out in the night and they were very clear on pricing up front since we called late. Fortunately are tech arrived early and was able to diagnosis the issue. AJ was fantastic to work with and got our heat back up. Will happily be working with this company again for home hvac needs
My combi boiler was leaking around the holidays and based on reviews called binder - wow am I glad I did that. It was after hours so the charge was higher then normal but the tech (AJ) trouble shooted with me on the phone (FaceTime)to see if he could solve it for free. Amazing. He ended up coming out and getting it fixed and running. The next day a different part started leaking - called him back and he walked me through shutting the system down so I could at least have water then got another appt scheduled, ordered the part, and he was out here yesterday and walked me through everything and got it resolved. Will ALWAYS use this company and highly trust AJ, he was so helpful, timely and quick. Thank you Binder!
We had an amazing experience with Binder. Alec specifically took plenty of time to answer all of our questions and make sure we felt confident about our new heating, AC, and thermostat. After such a great experience, we will definitely keep relying on Binder for our home!
