While shopping for our engagement ring, we received a recommendation to stop in Kirles. We are so happy we did. First of all, we believe in supporting small local businesses. And the fact that they have been doing business for about 7 decades, if I remember correctly, really says something. Kristy was amazing to work with throughout the process. She showed us many options and guided us through the process when we decided to go custom. Not only helpful, but just a very pleasant and charismatic person. As for the product, I cannot say more. It was absolutely stunning! If you believe in shopping at true jewelry establishments, you owe it to yourself to at least walk in the door and talk with them. We will be back.

Needed to replace a battery in my watch before a wedding that we were leaving for in 4 days, at first they weren't able to accommodate, but the kind worker asked a colleague and they were able to do it. I leave it there and receive a call 3 hours later that it was done. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Love a nice family owned business that treats their customers with respect. Would recommend to anyone!
