We went in for a simple ring appraisal and they were just the sweetest! We live on the southeast side, so we came in on a Saturday. They explained that their appraiser comes in on Mondays and goes in order the piece was dropped off. they texted to let us know it was ready that Monday evening, but we weren't able to get back there until Saturday. They cleaned the ring for us too, which was a lovely surprise. Every one was just beyond sweet and friendly. We just went in for an appraisal but we felt so special because of how nice and friendly everyone was. We will absolutely be back for any jewelry needs! :)

I brought some jewelery in to get tested for authenticity. Leyla was very helpful and looked at every single piece right there on the spot. She even seperated my pieced into individual bags with labels for metal type. I had a couple pieces sent to their gemologist for further inspection and they came back in a reasonable time. It was only $25 for that and I wasn't charged until I got the pieces back. I'm very happy with the Leyla and Petite G Jewelers and would recommend anyone to go there for any of their jewelry needs.
