Regular annual maintenance, but I learned a lot for the tankless water heater maintenance and for the new water softener. And Jeff taught me how to easily add salt crystals (not pellets). I’m over 70 and I needed a fail safe way to add them. I have been very happy with Mr. Plumber. Good communication before they arrive which is also much appreciated.
I had an appointment today. The tech called me and told me what time he would be here. He was on time, friendly, personable, knowledgeable, professional, thorough and addressed the issue I had. That’s why I always rely on Williams Comfort Air. They are a company I can rely on to get things taken care of.
Mr. Plumber sent technician Matt to my house to snake out our sewer line only three hours after we called late Saturday afternoon. Matt did the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Our plumbing was restored. Great friendly service for a great price. They will definitely be my first option for all future plumbing needs.
