We had a fantastic experience with Mr. Plumber, especially Luke W., who was thorough, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our water heater installation. He took the time to clearly explain the issues and our options, making sure we felt informed and confident in the decisions being made. Luke not only did an excellent job solving the problem, but he also kept our budget in mind and helped us choose a cost-effective solution. We truly appreciate his care, expertise, and quality work, and highly recommend Mr. Plumber.

I've had a great experience with Carter's My Plumber from the start. They were quick to respond when I needed a new water heater a couple of years ago and provided great service at a reasonable price. I've been very impressed with their commitment to honoring the included annual service. They have reached out each year to schedule the service. Other companies I've dealt with in the past have not always been so eager to live up to their obligation. All the employees that I've dealt with have been very professional and courteous.

I had a great experience with Carter's My Plumber. Miles, the technician, was very informative and knowledgeable. He tried everything he could to unclog my toilet before having to remove it. He got the clog out, replaced the toilet, and cleaned up the mess. Explained everything he had to do. I called Carter's in the evening and they came out the next day. Very pleased with their services and will call on them again should the need arise. Highly recommended.

Carter's My Plumber has never disappointed. They truly go above and beyond in their approach to earning your business and delivering solid service. I've used them for multiple plumbing needs from an urgent call for a hose leak that flooded my basement to installation of my new water heater (which they now flush yearly). I like that they text reminders and send a picture of the tech who will be arriving.
