Charles got me in quickly when I was in a bind. I brought my computer to another IT person before him, and I was told my computer was a lost cause. It turned out he was wrong. I found Charles on google, and now I’ll never go anywhere else for computer issues. He saved me a ton of money. Best in town.
I feel so fortunate to have found Charles. I tried to fix a BitLocker issue on an AIO, and I'll never spend so much stubbornly trying to fix something with our computers again!
