We were lying in bed listening to a heavy Kalaheo rain shower at 4 a.m. until we realized it wasn't rain at all. Our main water line blew just under our kitchen! We were so relieved, when despite their full schedule, Sam came on his way to work to check our situation. We knew we could manage for 24 hrs, so were pleased when he came the next morning in the pouring rain with everything he needed. He explained everything, did a neat and beautiful job, and was done in about 2 hours. We were so grateful for his professionalism and expertise, and so glad to have met such a warm and pleasant person. Thank you, Kauai Maintenance and Construction for your great service!

Sal saved us from a real disaster! I found his number on the internet and called him to ask for his help with a leaky toilet valve. It was at night and he had just arrived home from a long day. When I let him know that the water was leaking at a very fast pace and the turn off knob was stuck, he put his own desires aside and agreed to come to turn off the water supply to the toilet or possibly the water. He was successful in turning the valve which turned off the water to the toilet. It is located on the second level and water had started to leak through the fan and light fixtures to the main level of the house. He came back the next day (which was New Year’s Eve) and replaced the valve and flapper, etc. Sal is very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I think he is also a kind person. I highly recommend Sal and I look forward to working with him for future projects. Five stars!

Need a Plumber?! Need a Carpenter?! Need re-work?! Call Sal. I have an outside kitchen, washroom, and shower that needed to be connected to my sewer line, correctly!! He came, troubleshooted and made a plan that day! Came back as he promised with his worker and completed the job in two days.
