With the poop storm we were faced with, literally, we just want to thank Alex for his expert help and Readyman for being there even after hours. My husband and I have used Readyman twice now, and both experiences were excellent. The first time, they installed our new tankless water heater. During that visit, they discovered our water pressure was extremely high and installed a regulator, which likely saved us from future issues. Most recently, they installed the conversion kit for our dryer and hooked up our new washer and dryer. Readyman isn’t the least expensive option, but their quality of work and the peace of mind they provide are absolutely worth it. They’re licensed, bonded, and back their work with a warranty—something we really value. The scheduler (Aubrey-Ann, I believe) is always friendly, helpful, and communicative. We also had the same technician both times, and he was consistently kind, informative, and thorough. Highly recommend!
Clayton was awesome! Besides the kitchen faucet that was broken he also replaced all the hot and cold water valves in the condo which were rusted shut basically. Super nice did a great job. I’ve used Readyman many times and never have been disappointed in their work.
Readyman dispatched to my house within a couple hours of first calling them. Alex & Alex were very friendly & knowledgeable. They listened carefully to what I had to say so that we could accurately diagnose the problem. They were upfront about costs from the very beginning and provided estimates every step along the way. The work was done quickly and professionally, at a reasonable price. I hope I won’t be needing a plumber again anytime soon - but if I do, I know who to call!
