Steve’s Plumbing & AC Service

I was really stressing over having to call a plumber and I was really afraid it would cost me a fortune and I would have to wait weeks before one could get to me /that's not what happened at all/ I had an excellent experience with Steve's plumbing. I was told I could be put on the schedule for the very next morning and Steve's plumbing kept me informed /at one point they said they were running a little long so they'd be a little bit later and they showed up when they said they would. Leo/ was the plumber he was thorough / easy to understand/ explained fully and answered all my questions thoroughly /surveyed my home area and basically resolved the issue for me before he left/ I will not hesitate a second to call Steve's plumbing again whenever I need a plumber. thank you Leo and Steves plumbing

I tried unsuccessfully to unclog my kitchen drain and dreaded the hassle of arranging for a plumber to do the job. Steve’s Plumbing made it so easy! In less than two hours from the time I called, Mike showed up at my door. He was courteous, professional and efficient. All costs were explained before the work started. Mike even let me observe and ask questions during the process. Afterwards, at my request, he offered advice on how we could handle less urgent plumbing issues going forward and offered to send cost estimates by email.

I am a property manager for Ohana. Property had a drip leak at the main water meter and a steady flow leak on the roof coming from the solar collector panels. There were other issues as well; corroded plumbing lines, etc. Licensed Plumber Michael Ehlen and his helper Trey helped my uncle and I, correct this major plumbing issue at my uncles rental property on Kauai. I called Steve’s plumbing on a Sunday and spoke to Chetty. Emergency assessment was scheduled for Monday. Chetty mahalo you. Shon from the office was integral in connecting me with Michael Ehlen and also taking the draw and final payment. Shon mahalo you. Finally Michael Ehlen and Trey. They worked promptly with high quality, and communication with Michael Ehlen was super solid! They finished the emergency work in a day and a half, tenants of the home were stoked with the speed of work. The job was completed with high quality that isn’t my opinion that is a fact. If you come to the rental and see the work with your own eyes, you’d conclude fact too.

We scheduled Steve’s for a hot water heater replacement at Hanalei Bay Resort. Scheduled the water shut off with the HOA which Steve’s agreed to. They showed up late on the date of service and didn’t mmfinish the repair, tried to go back the next day but HBR would not turn the water off because they have to shut it off to the entire building. Our guests then didn’t have any hot water when they checked in. When we asked them to come figure out what was going on, they said they couldn’t come out for a day or so. So, Sent our maintenance team and found that Steve’s left live wires exposed (there were sparks and smoke) and left the hot water valve shut off. Completely unprofessional. Their lack of service, safety and concern was unacceptable.
