When faced with a broken solar hot water system, and a little distraught after being told it would be 2 weeks just to diagnose by the company that installed it, Kauai AC came through big time. Next business day they did a thorough diagnosis and tried to fix a clearly busted 12-year-old system that was obviously asking to be replaced. Then they managed to get the install done the same week and get everything back up and running. After a week of heating water on the stove to shower, it was amazing to have a team that showed up and got it done. Mike and Shawn are clear craftsmen in their plumbing trade, take pride in their work, and were very professional and hardworking. I'll be recommending them to anyone that asks!

I'm a tenant, and Mike G and Deepak came out to deal with a broken 1980's solar panel system. The were professional, polite and answered random questions from this curious old lady and handled the whole thing with utmost care and professionalism.
