I was traveling in Kauai when my laptop suddenly stopped working—of course, right when I needed to get some work done! We called and left a message, but since it was near closing time, we decided to stop by in person. Even though we showed up unannounced, the owner was incredibly gracious and invited us in despite only working by appointment. Just minutes later, his magic fingers had my laptop up and running again! So grateful for his kindness, expertise, and quick help. Highly recommend!
