Karl's TV, Appliance & Service La Crosse

Karl’s has been my go to place for appliances for the last 10+ years. My salesman of choice is Tom. When I ask what he would choose for an item he explains the differences between the two items. Then it makes it easier to make the choice. At my house appliances are heavily used especially my dishwasher. Knowing that appliances are not made like they use to be I pay the extra for the warranty. I did have to use it on a dishwasher and I just had to go pick out a new one and it was delivered and installed. I called the company number and was told my dishwasher was installed wrong but I couldn’t get my point across to that lady. She was just reading from a script. I kept trying to tell her that my dishwasher is not installed there next to the sink. The repair man came out to fix it and I think he was already frustrated because he had 8 stops and I was #2 and it wasn’t going like he thought it should . Finally got the job done and he was on his way. I will still make Karl’s my place to check out the appliances.

We bought a couple TVs to replace our outdated ones. Tom George was amazing help to guide us to find the best fit for our needs and our budget! Very knowledgeable on all specs of many different brands. He also helped with a seamless process of swapping mounts for the TVs when we changed our mind about the initial one we purchased. They have a good variety of floor models for different appliances to see before you buy. 10/10 recommend Karl’s and will be back for future purchases!
