Gaming Generations Onalaska

They are awesome and quick! Brought my phone in because someone slammed it to he ground shattering the screen and almost forcing the guts out the front. I was so depressed because the store I bought it from couldn't get my stuff off of it so I took it to gaming generations to get it repaired and they fixed my phone and my mood! It looks and works like new again! And it was a very fair price for he amount of damage and they were pretty quick they had my phone for less than a week! Thank you guys so much!!!

Alyssa and Kara(Onalaska store) saved me yesterday, my laptop got hacked and they did a factory reset. I was crying and worried about my bank accounts and Alyssa was sooooo sweet. She was so kind, very caring person. She didn't make it look like I was going overboard, with crying and concern, infact, she gave me a hug and assured me, they would get it cleared! I didn't have to wait too long, but I didn't care how long I was going to be there, just so it was cleared and reset! I have never had such wonderful, caring support from anywhere else like this! The other girl working with customers was sweet also! You have some wonderful people working for your company, I sure hope they are getting paid well, because they deserve it!
