One word: Disappointing! I called JT's Vacuum Sales & Repairs today at 10:00 am in hopes of patronizing a local business for service on my cannister vacuum. After my call went to voicemail, I explained the issue I was having with my Electrolux cannister vacuum. I wanted to drop by the service location to get a diagnosis and leave the vacuum for service. I did not receive a call back after about 20 minutes so I decided to call again in hopes of avoiding a wasted trip. A woman picked up the phone, I let her know I had called earlier about the problem I was having with my vacuum. Apparently, there was a technician nearby when I called as the woman who answered the phone asked him about my service request. Instead of given me a direct answer as to if I could drop my vacuum off for an diagnosis and service, I was asked more questions about my problem. The technician never took the phone, instead there was a back and forth dialogue which ended in the woman telling me they can't service the vacuum. Let's just say I was disappointed that I could not speak directly with the technician to get an answer. Instead I got hesitancy which leads me to believe they do not service Electrolux vacuums. I will never know as I will not call again. My guess is they only service the vacuums listed on their website. A straight forward answer explaining that would have been nice!
