I recently last year had to call Smart N Appliance and their technician, Nate came out for repair. He efficiently repaired both my furnace and oven, in a timely manner and I couldn't beat the price Nate's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth. My dryer went out in the middle of a load. Sheesh. Nate came out quickly and was very professional and skilled. Troubleshooting was done effectively and the next day my dryer was back in commission for a competitive price. I will definitely call Nate for all my appliance repair needs and refer my friends and family as well.
Quick response when I called for service on my Samsung fridge that stopped working. We discussed what model I have and the issues that I was experiencing. I appreciate the fact that he checked availability on all the parts for my fridge prior to starting the job because I was concerned about supply chain issues.
