First time - forever now! I first brought my machine in for a simple tune up; she needed so much more! Mark and his team addressed everything; likely more! No matter how busy, phone calls are pleasant, information is complete and deadlines are met… even surprising you with an early completion. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a genuine belly laugh at the end of a business transaction. That’s the advantage of working with local small businesses in our communities. We all should do it more often.

Brought in an old machine to be repaired. Pricing was very reasonable and they were very flexible with delaying my pick up since I had gone on vacation. When I tried to use the machine at home the problem I was having quickly came back. I called and they promptly offered to refund me for the repair which I took and then replaced the machine as it was old and irreparable at that point. Lovely staff, very helpful. 10/10 service!
