I don’t know if the people they have answering the phones are actually in the office or it’s outsourced but that man was rude and a liar. He told me that this company doesn’t service the Trenton area which is confusing because this company is located in Trenton. Once I mentioned that, he switched to “we service your area but we have no availability “. I then said that was fine as my issue wasn’t emergent. I asked him when did he have availability and I was told that they were just busy for the foreseeable future and he couldn’t help me. So you’re just telling me you’re booked for forever? I was also told that there was a $150 traveling fee for them to travel less than 4 miles to my house. He also didn’t have to be rude. If you’re going to answer the phone for a business you should be polite and respectful.
