Jones Sew & Vac

I brought an old Oreck upright vacuum in to have a frayed electrical cord fixed. I was given a very reasonable price for the repair. When I got the vacuum back, not only had the cord been fixed, but the plastic hook that holds the cord when the vacuum isn’t being used that broke off long ago, was replaced with a new one. Additionally, the vacuum had been given a thorough cleaning and looked brand new! To top it off, I was charged less than what I was told it was going to cost! Are you serious? That just doesn’t happen anymore! They totally exceeded my expectations. What a fantastic experience!

I purchased a "stick vacuum" for $60. Kind of pricey. It is chargeable with an hdmi cord, and I was told it came with the charging brick. It did not. I called the store and they said, come back in and exchange it. I make the 40 mile drive back in just to be told.."ooops, I guess it doesn't come with the charging brick". I doubt very much if I will ever return to this store if they don't even care enough to give out correct information the FIRST time OR the SECOND time! No apology! Not one ounce of care. Don't waste your time with these folks!
