Perfect Appliance Fix

Bought a washing machine from them less than 6 months ago. They only offered a 60 day warranty but had at many good reviews I thought it was worth the risk. Nope!! Last week it started squealing and smoking! I reached out to the owner to see what could be done and said I was disappointed and he rudely snapped back at me... "I'm not a fortune teller." Stay far away from this company. I'm now out $450 and have to purchase a new washing machine anyway on top of that.

I purchased a simple refurbished washer from Jeff's this week. They delivered it the same day, hooked it up providing new hoses, and hauled off my broken machine for the amazingly low price of $265 - yes, refurbished washer, delivered same day, installed with new hoses, and haul off of broken machine for just $265! The machine runs beautifully, is so quiet, and has a six month warranty! I will never buy a new washer or dryer again. Thank you so much for the great product and service.

I had no clue it would be this easy! Jeff communicated with me via text while I couldn't call, promptly sending pics of an available set matching my stated needs. I set up a viewing for the next day, but had I not replied late in the day I feel comfortable saying it could have all been done same-day including delivery. No pushy sales, and delivery and taxes included in the stated price. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes, and my set works wonderfully. I love how affordable it was and I know who to call if I ever need repairs!

Bought a washer and dryer set whirlpool and they delivered and set everything up great price and the two employees came young man and young lady and did a professional job and great customer service and 6 months warranty thank you.
