I brought my truck into McDowells to fix a few dings that it had when I purchased the vehicle. I worked with Nate, who was great to work with. The office staff made check-in and getting a rental car easy, and the repairs turned out excellent. You’d never know the dents were ever there. Highly recommend!
Such a great place to work with! We had them remove a dent last year in our Tahoe front quarter panel and it was excellent. This week they fixed up the seats in our son’s truck and they turned out fantastic! Unbelievable communication, the most pleasant people to work with, very fair pricing and great turn around from start to finish. Thank you so much!
I happen to come across McDowells through a Google search and I am very happy I did. The customer service (Jenn) is top notch. She took great care of me and answered every question. She even took it upon herself to get me the best estimate to fix the upholstery on drivers seat in my truck. The craftsmanship is the best. The details they took to make sure the colors matched was awesome. I was blown away when I first seen the final results. I was very happy with the overall experience. Definitely a great company to do work with.
The dent removal is outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Their cost was also more than half of an auto body shop. I was very pleased
