Highly recommend this service. The entire process from making the appointment to completion of inspection and final report was professional, efficient and friendly. I felt that the technician, Matt, went above and beyond to try to resolve concerns. Plus zero attempt to upsell or provide services that were not necessary and he provided good information. I will use this service again.

My appointment was made easily (professional office staff) and promptly. The service tech was right on time, I was notified of his arrival as promised and the job was completed to my satisfaction. Jim, the tech was professional and personable. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything he had to say about a water problem and possible solutions. 😊Matt worked on our 40 year old fireplace last week. His expertise and honest advice provided the service and solution we needed for our particular unit. Another company had taken a quick look a few months earlier (without even cleaning the fireplace!), suggesting a whole redo = 15k. Matt from Jack Pixley instilled confidence and peace of mind after cleaning our unit, taking photos, showing proof of the box quality...and after replacing all necessary insulation and doors, the end price charged was under 10x LESS the amount of the first estimate. I had my first visit from the Jack Pixley Chimney Company, and they showed up right on time. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. They were excellent in explaining what they were doing and why. I found watching the video of the chimney inspection of my wood burning fireplace to be especially helpful. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful in detailing what I need to-do to take care of issues found in my chimney. They also took care of a gas stove and even checked out our dryer. I was very impressed with their service and will use them again.
