I am a single guy and needed help on how to pick out a new washing machine. When my old washing machine stopped working I called Ham Lake Appliance. Well the lady I talked to over the phone was very helpful, she helped me decide on which one would fit with my needs. She gave me a good deal on a scratch and dent washer that I liked. She set up a time for delivery and also would haul away my two old washing machines that I had for a while. Very happy about that, to being able to get rid of the old ones, for a reasonable price. The installer/driver guy was very friendly and helpful, he answered all my questions. Showed me how the machine works, him and his helper had it installed and the two old washing machines loaded up in their van in a very short amount of time 30 to 35 minutes, give or take. Both of them, driver/installer and his helper were very efficient, but still took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. They finished the installation, both shook my hand with a smile and left me with a good feeling inside that I made the right choice with Ham Lake Appliance.

I walked into the store yesterday after my washer died. I bought a washer at a very fair price and had a delivery scheduled for the very next day in the morning that was convenient for my work schedule. SO much better customer service than a big box store. Delivery guys texted me on the way and were on time. Again, not like the big box stores with a 12 hour window. Highly recommend this company as the customer service was amazing!

Our washing machine is on its last leg. Appliance solutions was very helpful providing the information we needed to know to pick out a new washing machine. Their store was very clean and organized. The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. Currently our washer that we ordered will be in next week. I plan on updating my review then as they will also be providing the delivery and install. More to come... I'm updating my review based on the installation today. Ray and Josh from Appliance Solutions came today to deliver and install our new Speed Queen washing machine. I had forgot they were coming and did not have my laundry room ready for them. They were very patient and kind as I quickly cleared things out to make room for them. Ray and Josh went above and beyond being extra careful as they swapped out the machine. They even installed some new hoses for us and gave us some tips about an extension hose that was part of our setup. Ray and Josh were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I would highly recommend Appliance Solutions and Team Ray and Josh for the installation. Definitely a five-star rating!
