I had a very disappointing experience with Direct Home Appliance Services and won't use their services ever again. I'd recommend exercising extreme caution before enlisting their help. They installed new microwave door in one of my condo units and it was mismatched... this looks awful and diminishes the value of the property. Had I known they were going to install a mismatched door (this wasn't clearly disclosed to us or the property manager) I would have just requested we install a brand new microwave unit. Our PM followed up with Direct Home and requested a refund. They were resistant and only issued a partial repair (only for parts, not labor). This was even more frustrating as this is clearly sub-standard work and does not meet the expectation of a typical 'like-for-like' repair. Mistakes happen but an unwillingness to fix them is unacceptable. Direct Home doesn't care about quality work. They don't care about their customers, don't use them.
