Doesn't know how to hang up phone and could hear all the cussing about how unimportant my request for an estimate was. Super unprofessional. Couldn't speak on the actual work done, but that was pretty ridiculous.

I completely back the unprofessionalism of this business owner. I called him and he answered with "This is Minneapolis Steel door but I'm up north so I don't really care." I said excuse me? He then doubled down with, "I'm up at my cabin so I don't really care, do you need something?" I would never do business with this company.
