He took the time to explain what was going on, made sure everything was working properly before I left, and you could tell he really cared about helping, not just rushing me out the door. Mak was great. I asked him if he fixed cracked iPhone screens and he looked at my phone and said he could have it fixed a back to me in 30 minutes. I think he fixed it faster but my phone came back and was perfect. Thank you Mak
