Vincent is a very honest man, my laptop has some issues so I went to Ace Computer to try to find out the reason. Vincent told me it was either a virus or a motherboard issue, and told me if it’s a virus that damaged the system, a windows reinstall would solve the problem. However, it didn’t work, and Vincent kindly refunded me. Recommended.

Had a computer running really slow. Brought it in for repair. The computer ended up needing a new hard drive. Worked with Vince and he was great! Had a new hard drive in my computer the following week. It was a pleasure working with Vince, great customer service. Highly recommend for computer repair in NH.

Vincent the owner has been working in the same location since 2003 and has always been very helpful with free estimate and great advice. My MSI gaming laptop had power issue, and he diagnosed it as BIOS being corrupted. He reinstall the BIOS and I was able to use the computer again.
