I could not be more pleased and grateful for the computer repair services provided by Aiden, Jeffrey and the team at Grolen. Our desktop had major issues that needed repair. I was informed of the cost, the timeframe to repair, and was given updates along the way until the computer was returned in the timeframe promised. The cost for the service was fair (& same as the estimate) and far less than buying a new computer. In addition, after the repair, the team was available by phone for a few questions regarding access files, apps, etc. that looked a little different post repair. Thank you!! Forgot my laptop charger on location. Really Didn’t feel like dealing with the mall / the crowds at Best Buy. I did a quick search for computer shops and this place popped up. It happened to be very close by to the hotel I was staying at so I went looking for a replacement Cord. Unbelievably, he had sold the last type of cord I needed earlier that day; so what did he do? He lent me - a total stranger from out of town on a work trip - his personal cord and just told me to get it back to him before I left town, which is exactly what I did today. Nice to know that people like this still exist in our crazy busy world - wonderful to be on the receiving end of this random act of kindness. I will do my best to pay it forward!
