Ingrams Flooring

I literally saved up and took a loan out to get my floors done. These guys did a terrible job. They had to redo the floor twice because they use the wrong Flooring the first time never finished putting all the trim pieces up was supposed to bring me a roll of trim so I could do it myself didn’t show up didn’t call. I spent over $5000 not including all the sub Flooring I had to redo before they came in, I spent about $12,000 total remodeling my kitchen Living room dining room, laundry room and these guys won’t even return my call. I’m gonna call the owner tomorrow and let him know what I think of them. I need to find another flooring company that carries the same type of flooring so I can have them finish the house that I’ve had the money to do but will not let them take any more money from them because they won’t even finish the work

Worst communication skills in the world empty promises shotty work they put a floor in here that wasn’t gonna work when they’re installer told him it wasn’t gonna work then I had to remove all my furniture out of the house, so let them put another floor in which they did, Shawty cuts on Didn’t finish putting the trim up. Wouldn’t give me a roll of trim to put up after asking them for months, couldn’t even get me an estimate on doing my master bedroom and closet because apparently they’re too busy. I have a feeling at the rate they did my job. They won’t be busy long Terribly disappointed saved up money to pay cash paid them cash since they’ve been paid. They’ve never really cared. I do not recommend this company any longer to anyone. I will say they attempted to make things right, but they can’t even remember to show up to bring trim. Left me sitting here many mornings not knowing what time they were gonna show up or if they were gonna show up
