Single Mom trying to DIY things myself! Associates were very knowledgeable and patient with me. The store manager himself even asked if he could help me with anything! They were understanding of my budget and needs. One of the most welcoming and friendly stores I have ever walked into. Can't recommend the Brewer location enough. Thank you!

*DO NOT USE LUMBER LIQUIDATORS! I wish I’d known what a nightmare it would be dealing with this company. They sent my 80 year old mother such a poor quality product it couldn’t even be installed in her home. Damaged wood with completely inconsistent color variation. They refused to take it back despite multiple requests after receiving. We are out over $2,000 and just wish we’d never done business with this terrible company.
I recently visited the store because I plan on renovating my home soon. I wanted to see what my options were and decide on colors. Cheaunce (I was careful to get the spelling right!) was my associate, and he did an amazing job. All of my questions were answered and information gathered. What struck me most was Cheaunce's enthusiasm for the job. He didn't seem bored or annoyed like so many customer service people nowadays. He was personable and knowledgeable. This branch will see me again soon with an order!
