I had a great experience at the Lumber Liquidators in Youngstown, Ohio, on South Avenue. I was looking for a specific type of flooring and was worried I wouldn't be able to find enough in stock. The manager, Kyle, was extremely helpful. He checked his inventory and quickly found the exact flooring I needed at another location nearby. Kyle didn't just tell me where to go; he went above and beyond. He called the other store, confirmed they had the material ready, and even made sure they had the staff and equipment to load it for me when I got there. This is coming from a flooring contractor’s point of view… In my opinion this #Duravana product has become one of my absolute favorites! It is more durable than laminate, completely waterproof like LVP, and looks stunning! 2022 floor of the year. This company takes in feedback from installers on likes and dislikes and has their product dialed in! A real game change that I will absolutely co-sign!

Professional flooring installer. Specifically one who has attention to detail in the prep and following manufacture installation guidelines. I’ve install almost all the main brand luxury vinyl plank flooring sold in stores, show rooms and online with zero issues. I installed 3 different ones from LL Flooring last year per customer request. At first I was convinced it was similar quality but here we are one year later. First call back in my life on all three floors purchased from here. Same issue with all three different colored and thickness flooring. Buckled/splits along the long side of the joints about a 1/4” into the face in random spots.... Read full review
