Diaz Contracting

I used Diaz for my 2-tone stucco buildings repair and painting after a recent Hailstorm. The painting and the excellent care taken with my residence were fantastic. I also had him replace all my 13 windows with energy efficient replacements. The professional quality of work and attention to detail were very impressive. On top of the high-quality work, the price was very reasonable. I had my roof replaced about a month after the painting was completed and the "Diaz" paint crew promptly returned to touch some expected blemishes on the paint by the roofing crew. It was an excellent and complete job. I would use him again. Highly recommended.

Diaz Contracting was recommended to my wife and I by the company we contracted with to replace the roof on our home. We were wanting some additional painting and repair of the mortor around the exterior of our home prior to the roof being replaced. His work crews were very polite and great to work with. Mr. Diaz is very professional and detail oriented. Mr. Diaz found some things that needed extra attention and fixed them without charging extra. Diaz Contracting did an amazing job on painting the soffits, fascia, and wood work on my house and a rental house for me. Tomas is the owner and was very friendly and gave me a great price. His crew was professional and they really went the extra mile with replacing the garage door trim even though that was not in the work order to start with. They also paid close attention to detail as they painted so there wasn’t any overspray on the brick or spillage on concrete. When everything was finished Tomas came and walked around the whole house and touched up a couple places himself. He even fixed a part of my gate that had nothing to do with what we had hired him to do just because he saw that it was broken. I will be recommending him to anyone who has need of a contractor and using him again in the future myself.
