Gowdy Flooring

One word “AMAZING!!”. Cavin is awesome! I literally don’t have a negative thing to say about Gowdy Flooring! It means A LOT to have a salesman that is educated & willing to work with his customers regardless of what it is. He educated me on everything to do with the tile, carpet, install etc. Little details NO other flooring place helped me with! That’s why I chose Gowdy! I also would like to say what it means to a homeowner to have installers that know what they’re doing every step of the way! Both Tile & Carpet installers were on time, polite, educated, cleaned up as they went. Both installers would ask me my opinion about every step. In this day and time as a homeowner you don’t know what to expect with customer service, I can say I AM 100% satisfied with every aspect of this remodel that Gowdy did for me! Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for flooring, education & awesome installers!! Thank you Cavin, David,Sam, Terry & Jose & his son(I hope I remembered carpet installers name correctly)! YOU GUYS are top notch!! I won’t use anyone else!!!

The product was as good as I expected, however Matt seems dishonest. I had him measure the area we wanted the flooring for and he gave me an itemized quote, I decided to install it myself and all went good. When I finished the project however, that's when I found out Matt padded the quote by over 100 square feet and 130 feet of trim. When I called to see about them buying back the left overs, I was told they would charge $150.00 freight, 30% restocking fee yada yada. I will be going elsewhere for the rest of my flooring needs.
