Verify full functionality before paying. During a “free diagnostic,” the technician disassembled the phone. He subsequently asserted that the screen was defective and quoted a repair price. When I indicated I did not wish to proceed under those terms, I was discouraged from leaving and the price was later reduced by $30. Prior to reassembly, I requested the opportunity to unlock and test the device to confirm proper functionality. This request was denied, and I was assured that the phone was fully operational. After reassembly and upon being asked for payment, I tested the phone and determined that it was still not fully functional. I then requested that the original screen be reinstalled, resulting in a significant and unnecessary delay.

My son and I came in to fix our broken phone, and the gentleman who helped us was incredibly kind and professional. After a quick diagnosis, Murad repaired the phone right away, and the result is amazing! We saved a lot of money since I was actually considering buying a new phone. I had visited a few other repair shops before, and they all said the issue couldn’t be fixed—but he did it! Thank you so much, kind gentleman. I wish I had asked your name! 🙏

If you’re at the Natick Mall, this is the kiosk you should definitely check out! I came to fix the back glass on my iPhone 14, and the technician got it done in just about 20 minutes. Super quick, efficient, and really polite. Thank you so much — God bless you and your business!

Please be aware that a recent iPhone 14 Pro Max glass repair experienced significant overheating and subsequent device failure, potentially stemming from the use of non-OEM components. Do not go here! Wish I saw the review before coming here. We will be submitting a report to the Massachusetts Consumer Protection division.

I had a very disappointing experience with this cell phone repair shop at Natick Mall. Initially, the technician replaced my broken screen, and I thought the job was done well. However, about a month or so later, my phone suddenly lost its display, even though I could hear calls and notifications. I returned to the shop, but before even inspecting the phone, the technician rudely insisted that it must have fallen, insinuating that I was lying. He refused to honor the warranty and instead offered to "do me a favor" by charging me 50% of the repair cost to fix it. I refused to pay for what I believed was a poor-quality repair and took my phone to another kiosk. The new technician opened my phone and immediately pointed out that the previous repair used a very low-quality screen. He also noticed a missing piece that the original repair shop had clearly failed to reinstall. After reading other reviews here and on Yelp, it seems this shop has a pattern of using substandard parts, performing low-quality repairs, and refusing to honor warranties. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
