They overcharge and will not refund (they will replace). I bought an iPhone cover at the kiosk for $30 (way too much and my stupidity to pay that much, but I was in a hurry). Later I found the cover blocked the camera holes. This is a basic thing to check, and the salesperson should have done it. They’re the experts. With reluctance, they replaced the cover, first trying to get me to accept shoddy replacements. Finally I agreed to take a reasonable replacement that they claimed was worth $35; a refund would have been better, despite their policy. Summary: high prices, poor service, not knowledgeable about their products, and they push inferior products.
