Could not recommend this business enough! Daryl worked with my fiance to make a custom setting for my engagement ring and it is beautiful. It was resized for free within 48 hours and when one of the prongs got knocked it was fixed within 20 minutes of me taking it in. Everyone in the store is very helpful and resourceful - a really wonderful experience all around!

I had such a wonderful experience at Hunt Valley Jewelers! I came in with a very tangled necklace, unsure if it could even be saved—but Tim's wife worked her magic and untangled it without a problem. Tim was so courteous, kind, helpful, friendly, and genuine throughout the entire process. To my surprise, he even fixed the necklace free of charge! It’s rare to find that level of customer service and authentic care these days, and I’m incredibly thankful to Tim and the team.
