I am so glad I found 12 O’Clock Watch & Jewelry Repair. Walking in is an experience in itself—the shop is decked out with vintage signs, vinyl records, and cuckoo clocks. It’s not just a counter; it’s a real workshop. I walked in with a "project pile" of 7 different watches – Work completed while I waited: • 5 Battery replacements to get the modern ones running. • 2 Band replacements (the new leather straps look amazing). • 1 Crystal replacement (new watch face). • 1 cleaning on a vintage piece. He’s even currently ordering hard-to-find parts for a 7th watch that isn't shown in the picture. Watching Mr. Kim work at his bench, surrounded by tools and parts, you can tell he is a master at his craft. If you have watches gathering dust in a drawer, bring them here. Fair prices and excellent results!

What a neat store. Hipster's paradise if you're looking for an old school clock. Went in on a whim after work to resize my watch bracelet. They did it on the spot in less than 10 minutes. I'll be trying to give them as much of my business as possible.

Highly recommend. Found this place accidentally while looking on google maps. Needed 2 battery replacements and light cleaning of my 2 watches. Walked in, didn't need appointment, the owner immediately started working on my watches and it took him about 5-10 minutes to finish. Great service, great pricing, cheaper than if you go to the mall for battery replacement. Also super cute inside. Lots of vintage curious-looking items. Will be a returning customer for sure!

Unbelievably well organized and cafe type of repair store. Owner is so professional and great craftsmanship. Fixed my watches and clocks very quickly. Very easy to communicate. I would definitely recommend any other people who needs fix their watch and clocks with fast fix with great price.
