Extremely pleased! I needed the strap on my new purse shortened. And this is the only place I would trust for that. Not only did Jack punch the extra holes needed, he cut the extra length off and stitched the end just like the original strap end, matching the rest of the stitching exactly. He even did that while I was still in his shop.

Bought my work boots in March of 23, I log a lot miles and wore down the soles pretty quick. I took my boots to get resoled by Dirk and I’m so excited and beyond satisfied with the work Dirk has done!! Dirk now has a customer for the duration of his trade!! THANK YOU DIRK!!
