The best! Bought a French clock that I fell in love with at an auction. It was slightly beat up and didn’t run. I took it to Nick and he diagnosed some issues and gave me a few options. One was less invasive and we tried that. When it didn’t work he didn’t charge me and I decided to go with the overhaul which was slightly more expensive and a longer wait time. It was totally worth it! The inner workings of the clock were cleaned and repaired. It looks, operates, and chimes perfectly for a clock that’s over 200 years old. He gave me a warranty and always answers any questions or concerns I have even currently. So happy we could bring this beauty back to life and I can’t recommend MD clock and Watch enough. It’s the only service I’ll ever use.

Jordan and Nick are a wonderful team. They picked up my father’s grandfather clock, very carefully disassembled it and delivered it to my home. Just as meticulously as they disassembled it is how they reassembled it. Nick was very intense on how he cleaned the movement and Jordan cleaned the cabinet. Nick listened to the movement for proper operation and toned the chimes and hammers. It looks great and sounds wonderful. I 100% recommend Maryland Clock and Watch Repair.

Jordan & Nick were great to work with. Quick response time. Very professional & knowledgeable while being empathetic to my uncle's emotional ties to his grandfather's clock . Upon initial evaluation , thoroughly cleaned workings ( which had not been done for over 20 years) and replaced small part that Nick had available . Recommended replacement of some inner workings to prolong function but were never pushy. Jordan cleaned & polished cabinet & had it looking like new. After several weeks, my uncle decided he wanted to ensure continued function and went forward with replacement parts. Nick honored his original quote despite the increase in the cost of parts, that's integrity. Patiently explained care & had follow-up calls to assure all was well. Thank you for a great experience .
