Eric was beyond helpful and attentive to what we needed in a new vacuum! I started with some of his cleaning sprays and the like - the Bees Wax worked amazing on everything he recommended. I knew I could trust him to recommend the best vacuum within our budget. We ended up going with his recommendation of a Simplicity standing vacuum that has worked great for pet hair in the carpet, the included extensions and attachments cleaned out the hard to reach crevices, and the 30ft cord has been a huge help in the rooms with obstacles and odd corners. The vacuum also has a 1-yr maintenance warranty, and he was very encouraging when explaining the process and many things it covers. Thank you again, Eric!!

I didn’t even realize that vacuum cleaner stores existed anymore. It’s easy enough to buy a vacuum online or at a big box store, but you don’t get that personal service and follow up services like you do at House of Vacuums. Eric is very knowledgeable and he knows his stuff when it comes to vacuum cleaners, he helped me pick out a vacuum that was suitable for my needs and in fact I bought a cordless one also for quick cleanups.
