Forx Vacuum

Awesome guys. They are always willing to help even when you have a competitor's vacuum needing parts. The replacement parts are always 300% better than oem parts. The belts I get here last 3 times as long as the oem manufacturers belts. We're always vacuuming up push pins, screws, bolts, small wildlife, you name it. But, they always have the part I need whether I know what it's called or not. Many thanks to this establishment.

Bruce was so helpful when I had issues with my vacuum. The service was quick and was explained in detail what was wrong. I will definitely go back if I have any more issues.

After wasting entirely too much money on Dyson and Shark vacuums that consistently failed me repeatedly over the last 20 years, I needed to be sure I wasn't falling into the same trap again. I came in with a vacuum that was spitting out dirt and left with it looking almost brand new (see the pic attached for just how clogged and dirty the machine was!). More than that, I left knowing how to take care of my vacuum in the future. Bruce gave me all the best tips for purchasing and maintaining vacuums. If you ask about which carpets to use your machine on, and which setting, they’ll give great advice. Excellent customer service, great people, and they are not looking to just make money—they truly want to help you get and keep your vacuum running well.
