We cannot be more pleased with the experience we had with Bears. From finding out information about the Kozy Heat fireplace on their website to booking the sales call and install service. All appointments we communicated with us via text and included pictures of the service people who were coming over so we know they were part of the Bears team. Blaine and the install team did a wonderful job of removing our existing fireplace insert and installing the new one. They updated our venting and it was done properly. They worked well with Xcel energy as we had our new gas line run and they communicated with us all the way through. Everything was done cleanly and quickly.
Amazing service and an amazing job. Customer service was great to work with, appointment scheduling was quick and easy. Jordan the service technician went above and beyond. His advice about the project was honest and fair. His workmanship was impeccable. He worked a long day to finish the project and made sure everything was perfect. I am incredibly satisfied with Bears Home Solutions, their employees are fantastic. I have nothing but positive things to say about their service and the work that was done. I now have peace of mind with my new on demand hot water system.
