His advice about the project was honest and fair. His workmanship was impeccable. He worked a long day to finish the project and made sure everything was perfect. We cannot be more pleased with the experience we had with Bears. From finding out information about the Kozy Heat fireplace on their website to booking the sales call and install service. All appointments we communicated with us via text and included pictures of the service people who were coming over so we know they were part of the Bears team. Blaine and the install team did a wonderful job of removing our existing fireplace insert and installing the new one. They updated our venting and it was done properly.
