I work for a company on the air base where we would have given the company alot of business. They kept calling a person who hasn't worked for my company for 15 years. Went up to correct the problem, and was showed they had the correct info. However they end up calling the wrong guy 2 more times. I went up again to fix the problem and the older customer service woman kept blaming the guy they were calling. When I was trying to talk she kept telling me to be quite. I have never been treated thus way by anyone I do business with. I am always polite, and understanding. If she would have been trained properly she would had stated lets get this fixed instead of blaming everyone else. I bring alot of business to you and now will go somewhere else. Bad I came in with respect, your young lady that was in the back ground was very polite and professional. The other lady has been rude and unprofessional on multiple occasions and not just wth me. With other people as well. Your repair techs have always been very professional. It doesn't matter either I will have someone else work on my 100 washer and dryers when they go bad. If I was you I would do a better check on your front office cause she is extremely rude.
